Chanterelle Mushroom Mug

Remember when we were kids and we'd tie two cups to string? That thread carried our messages across space, creating a bond in simple, magical ways. I created these mugs as a reflection of that memory.

I sculpted a chanterelle mushroom, cutting them in half and attaching each half to its sister mu. The two mugs are tied together by a thread of mycelium. Beneath our feet, the mycelium travels unseen and unbroken, linking us like that string once did.

I made these cups as a little love note in your cupboard and in your hands. Send one to a loved one you think of often, so no matter the distance, you are connected.
