IMMEDIATE REFUND
If you made an oopsie and hit that confirm button too quick, refunds will be accepted up to 12 hours after purchase before the shipping processing has begun.

SHIPPING MISHAP
If your purchase didn't make it to you in one piece, I'm so sorry! Be sure to take as many photos as you can and send to me within 3 days of receiving your package. This will help with the shipping insurance claims, thank you.

10-DAY REFUND WINDOW
All other purchases, will receive a 10-day refund window, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
